Return & Exchange Policy
At Woody, we offer refunds, store credit, and exchanges for items returned within 14 days of purchase, for online order- within 14 days of receiving the items. Items returned within 30 days of shipment are eligible for store credit only.

Eligibility Requirements
• Unworn and in new condition
• All original tags attached
• Proof of purchase (receipt, email, or text confirmation)
• Returns without a valid receipt cannot be accepted

You must contact us first to receive our return shipping label.
Returns sent without our label will not be accepted.
• Once your return is approved, please ship the package within 7 days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returns or exchanges are allowed one time only.
• Woody reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet policy conditions.

In-Store (Offline) Purchases

•Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store at the original purchase location.

•If an in-store purchase is returned by mail upon request, an $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Orders
Returns, exchanges, and store credit are not offered for orders shipped outside the US.
