RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Woody, we offer refunds, store credit, and exchanges for orders returned within 14 days of purchase. Orders returned within 30 days of shipment are eligible for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and in new condition
- All original tags attached

Proof of purchase (physical receipt, email, or text confirmation)
Returns without a valid receipt will not be accepted for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Once you receive the confirmation email for the return, please send the return package using a courier service within 7 days based on the calendar.
- International Orders : At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for orders shipped outside of the US.

Any items returned without first contacting us or without using our provided return shipping label will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns or exchanges are allowed one time only—you can choose either a return or an exchange.
