Return & Exchange Policy
At Woody, we offer refunds, store credit, and exchanges for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Items returned within 30 days of shipment are eligible for store credit only.

Eligibility Requirements
• Unworn and in new condition
• All original tags attached
• Proof of purchase (receipt, email, or text confirmation)
• Returns without a valid receipt cannot be accepted

• You must contact us first to receive our return shipping label.
• Returns sent without our label will not be accepted.
• Once your return is approved, please ship the package within 7 days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returns or exchanges are allowed one time only.
• Woody reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet policy conditions.

International Orders
Returns, exchanges, and store credit are not offered for orders shipped outside the US.
